REFUND POLICY

At Little Jqube Children's boutique, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.


Please Note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shoplittlejqube.com, stating your request to return your item. Instructions will be sent to you on how and where to send your package. If your return is accepted, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note that YOU are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that we do offer a one-time size exchange for apparel items within 15 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new items.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment privacy. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
